Remember back in 2015 when a Muslim boy brought what looked like a bomb to a Texas school and claimed he “invented” a clock?
Well, he sued his school and the city for “discrimination” when they worried that the “clock” looked like a bomb and now a federal judge has finally thrown out the fraudulent lawsuit and put an end to the case.
The federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by the family of teenager Ahmed Mohamed, and ruled that the family will get no money from the city of Irving, Texas or the school district where ‘Clock Boy’ brought his faux clock, according to the Daily Mail.
Clock Boy and his parents filed a lawsuit against Irving, Texas, in August of last year claiming his civil rights under the U.S. Constitution were violated when he was singled out over worries that his pretend clock looked like a bomb.
Mohamed visited Mecca. Unsurprisingly, while he was over there he continued bashing America.
He then moved for a short time to Qatar when he was given a scholarship from the Qatar Foundation, a foundation with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
But it wasn’t long before he realized that living in the U.S.A. was much better than living in a majority Muslim nation and he came back to the U.S. only to turn around and make a dash for the cash by suing Irving, Texas for “discrimination.”
Now the judge has torpedoed Mohamed’s hopes of becoming an instant millionaire.
In his decision the judge said there was no intentional discrimination.
“Plaintiff does not allege any facts from which this court can reasonably infer that any IISD employee intentionally discriminated against Ahmed Mohamed based on his race or religion.”
Further, [the judge] notes that the suit failed to identify any policy, custom, or practice of the City that was allegedly the moving force behind any violation of Ahmed’s Fifth Amendment rights
So, it looks like Clock Boy is out of luck for getting the big pay day he expected.
The school was right to be worried what with all the jihadis running around the world killing thousands.
Now, certainly young Mohamed did not actually make a bomb, but his sister was suspended from middle school for making a bomb threat at school. So, there’s certainly some issue within the family.
