Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt

In DIY Crafts, Fan Submission, Kids by Guest Poster0 Comments

Last year we took our Easter fun to a whole new level with a glow-in-the-dark egg hunt.  This year I wanted to set up another glowing egg hunt for my girls, but in an easier way.  I mean, what mom doesn’t love easy, right?

This is such an easy way to set up a nighttime egg hunt for the kids!  It literally takes seconds, and the eggs look so cool!  We did this two weeks ago just for fun, and my girls are STILL talking about it! That says it all right there.  Are you ready to see what we did?

A Few Tips:  You can get flame-less tea lights at the dollar store, but if you are wanting to hide a lot of eggs it is cheaper to buy them in bulk.  We got ours on Amazon here.  You may want to use larger plastic eggs to allow more room for treats and treasures.  You can get large eggs online here

Add to the fun of this activity by giving kids flashlights, and for lots of ideas on what to hide inside plastic eggs visit this post:
