  1. Fabulous and really simple idea to grow garlic, how to grow them in a glass container?

    1. Use them like or in place of green onions. Add them to salads, scrambled eggs, pesto, marinades salad dressings, cream cheese etc. Mince and scatter over finished dishes as a flavorful garnish. Blend with mayonnaise for a green aioli. Toss with bacon, mushrooms and green peas in linguini or angle hair pasta (an amped up version of aglio et olio). Garlic shoots have a somewhat milder, fresher flavor as compared to the bulb. If you make your own sushi rolls at home, a single green shoot is fabulous with salmon and avocado & cream cheese in a long roll. Great in inari or tamago sushi too.

  2. How big of a pot do you suggest using? Does it have to be clear or would any type work?
