We love our pets more than anything, but sometimes sharing space with multiple animals can be frustrating. This DIY-er was tired of his three dogs taking up space in his bed at night, and decided to create for them their own place to call home. To complete this clever DIY project, he reused old wooden pallets and created his unique dog house design entirely without plans!
By using recycled materials and coming up with his own way of building a dog house, he was able to create a custom and more space efficient dog house that fits perfectly in his home.

To make a palace for his pups, this loving owner usedwooden pallets and 5 inexpensive fence posts.
He then created a large base for the house, broken into two pieces so they’d be easier to move around.
For the walls of the house, he staggered the peaks so that they’d look like a castle.
Once he finished the walls, he needed a second level to make room for all of his pups.
Now there is room for all three dogs in the house!
Kisses, Stunner, and Vega all seem to enjoy how it’s coming along.
Once he finished constructing the house, he stained the wood a rich brown.
Beds for Stunner and Kisses, and a tent for Vega — each feathered with their favorite blankets and toys.
Stunner the Chihuahua even got an extra home made out of leftover wood. What a great use of recycled material!
The doghouses fit perfectly in the corner of their master bedroom. Now, his beloved pups are always close and safe — but they have their own comfortable space to snooze in.
